Return Policy

How to Return an Item

You may return defective items only. To return an item, we request that you first contact us at support@flamingocharger.com to obtain a Return Authorization and return instructions. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

What to provide in your return request email:

  1. Provide your full name.
  2. A copy of your order confirmation or receipt (with order number).
  3. Description of the issue.
  4. Photo of the defective item.
  5. Whether you prefer a replacement item or a refund.
  6. Your shipping address and contact phone number.

Who is covered by this policy:
Any return, replacement, or refund is extended to the original end-user purchaser of the item via flamingochargers.com only and is non-transferrable.

What is covered and for how long:
Defective items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.

What is not covered:
Returns will not be accepted if the defects or malfunction was caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper storage, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.

Finally, the return policy does not apply to products that do not have a sufficient proof of purchase, or lost or stolen products.

What we will do:
We will, at our discretion, replace or refund the paid product price for any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the return period. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable product, an improved product, or refund your purchase price (minus P&H) at our option. 

What we will not do:
We will not pay shipping, insurance, or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Refunds can not be granted without a proper proof-of-purchase from flamingochargers.com and/or without verification of the purchase.
